Guilin Rice Noodle

Guilin Rice Noodle is well known for its unique flavor at home and abroad.
The method of making Guilin Rice Noodle is as follows: First, pound high quality rice into a powder; then mix the rice powder with water and let it become mushy; store the mixture in a bag, put the mixture through a sieve so that the paste is smooth, and then form the mixture into a dough; cut the dough into slender pieces or thin slices. The former is called rice noodle and the latter, sliced rice dough although both may be referred to as Rice Noodle. These noodles are snow white, delicate, soft, smooth, and tasty. There are many cooking methods of Guilin Rice Noodle and they are characterized by the making of a spicy soup.
Different restaurants have various flavors, but most of them like to cook the Rice Noodle with pig and cow bones, luohan fruit, and many other seasonings. Depending on the ingredients and cooking methods of spicy soup many flavors are possible. Generally there are lettuce rice noodles, sirloin rice noodles, sea food rice noodles, nutritious rice noodles, spicy vegetable rice noodles, horse meat rice noodles, and many others. Nutritious bone soup as the seasoning for noodles is usually cooked in the early morning. It tastes delicious and mellow. If you are in a restaurant, the cook will prepare fresh and tasty spicy meat for you together with peanuts and shallots. It tastes fantastically delicious.
