Oil-tea Guilin
Oil-tea a special drink in Guilin, where people in every county have the habit of drinking oil-tea. The most famous one is Yao Gongcheng oil-tea. The tea is prepared by frying tea leaves with several ingredients and spices and then adding water. It then gets a greenish grey color and has waking up effects. In the morning, it is often served with puffed rice and cereal balls, reminding of breakfast cereals eaten in western countries.
