The method of making this Baba is fine. At first, choose the best the sticky rice and steamed it well. Secondly, crush it into the paste. Thirdly, make the paste into a round cake and then steam it weil in the bamboo steamer. So you know, it's a technical work but interesting. The inner with various stuffings, such as the gingeli, sweet-scented osmanthus etc. the appearance looks very clean and delicate. You'd better eat it as soon as it is steamed well.
