Yangdi Village - Yangshuo
Yangdi village is situated in the Guilin and Yangshuo area. It's arguably the most beautiful section of the Li River, with magnificent views of soaring limestone peaks and picturesque villages.
The name Yangdi of the village comes from the location of the village that lies a hill consisting two peaks, which look like two hoofs (yang ti is in Chinese pinyin).The landscapes there are very spectacular, you can enjoy elegant mountains, winding water, delicate beach, striking waterfall, dense green bamboos and dotted villages. Yangdi is also an ideal place to enjoy the misty rain of Li River, Which seems to be a wonderland, quiet, peaceful and mysterious in spring.
There is a popular hiking trail between Yangdi and Xingping, taking you past clusters of bamboo, waterfalls and of course great views of the peaks and the river. In fact, the stretch of river between Yangdi and Xingping is the most beautiful part of the Li River.
This is an excellent spot for taking photos with views of both Yangdi and the village of Langshi.
