Sunyat-sen Memorial Hall
Sun Yat-sen, first president of the Republic of China, came to Guilin with 200 boats from Guangzhou on Nov15,1921. He was warmly welcomed by Yangshuo people when he arrived Yangshuo on Nov19,1921, after that he made a speech about making use of the plentiful resouces in Yangshuo. Then he visited Green Lotus Peak, Yangshuo Park, Jiangshan Temple and some other nice places with the attendants Huhanmin and Zhangmeng etc. In order to commemorate this great president, Sunyat-sen Memorial Hall was built in Green Lotus Peak in 1931, which was rebuilt in 1981. His stirringdeeds are showed on the first floor.p>
