Fishing Lights Festival，Yangshuo Fishing Lights Festival Gu
As one of eight most beautiful scenes in Yangshuo, Fishing Lights Festival, usually celebrated in November, has been holding annually in the Li River since 1999. On this day, boats are getting together in the river at night and lighting. The fishmen nearby will come here to fish with their rafts festooned with golden lanterns providing illumination in their quest for a good catch. Morever, the local will show various dances as well as the competitions. Another things interesting is to put the papper-boat into the Li River, setting with candles and flowers in them. This is a marvelous scene at night, the candles look like the twinkling stars floating in the river.
